Winter training

  • Monday 4:30 till 6pm Indoor session (ergo + S&C)

  • Wednesday 4:30 till 6pm indoor session (ergo/Bodyweight training)

  • Friday 4:30 till 6pm indoor session (ergo + S&C) 

  • Saturday 12 till 4pm water session

  • Sunday 12 till 4pm water session

Summer training

  • Monday 4:30 till 6pm water session

  • Wednesday 4:30 till 6pm indoor session (ergo/Bodyweight training)

  • Friday 4:30 till 6pm indoor session (ergo + S&C)

Pathway 3 expectations

  • The junior must be competent in a fine racing scull (1x)  

  • The junior must show knowledge and understanding about both elements within the sport (indoor and outdoors) 

  • The junior must be at a level of competency within the GBR ERGO and WATER standard

  • The junior must attend all relevant testing within the pathway structure, this will include both land assessments and water assessments
