Pathway 3 expectations
-
The junior must be competent in a fine racing scull (1x)

The junior must show knowledge and understanding about both elements within the sport (indoor and outdoors)
-
The junior must be at a level of competency within the GBR ERGO and WATER standard
-
The junior must attend all relevant testing within the pathway structure, this will include both land assessments and water assessments
