Within the Nottingham rowing club pathway structure we have appointed 3 representatives to help and support the juniors structure within the club. The 3 representatives are made up of 1 junior boy 1 junior girl and 1 external parent. 

 

Although the 3 representatives do not sit on the Nottingham Rowing Club committee they play a vital role within the pathway structure.

Roles and responsibilities. 

 

All three of the representatives Will play a key factor in decision-making regarding the pathways, they will also be the direct contact between the coaching team and the key areas they are looking after. The junior boy representative and a junior girl representative will help and guide juniors within the pathway structure throughout the club. They will be a friendly and approachable face you can go and talk to. 

 

The parental representative will insure communication between the club coaches and parents is Smoove and transparent. The parental representative will also make sure the parents have a voice within the club and share any opinions with the coaching team. 

 

 

The coaching team and the 3 representatives appointed will meet every (1st) Friday of the month.
